Warranty Program

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as stitching issues, fabric faults, and zipper malfunctions. It does not cover damages from misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps for an exchange or resolution.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order details.

Unfortunately, free shipping applies only to the original delivery. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error.

You can purchase digital gift cards directly on our website. Choose the amount, personalize your message, and we’ll send the gift card via email to the recipient.

Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases. Always check the expiry date and specific terms of each code.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are typically final sale unless otherwise stated.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.

Currently, we operate online only and ship worldwide from our main warehouse. We don’t have physical stores or retail partners at the moment.

Yes! If you exchange an item, the original discount or promotion will still apply to your replacement order, as long as it’s within the same transaction.

Shipping & recent orders

We ship all orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Sometimes USPS marks a package as “Delivered” a bit early. In many cases, the package arrives within the next 1–2 business days. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If it still hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, please contact us.

International shipping times vary by destination. You can check your tracking link for real-time updates.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For example, if you order on Friday, processing will begin on the next business day (Monday).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status anytime.

It’s normal for tracking to take 24–48 hours to update after shipment, especially during busy seasons. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
